    4PM: BLACK carpet and welcome of guests and racers.
    Rooftop Lounge hangout for guests.
    6PM: Race match up for racers commences (COMPULSORY ATTENDANCE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS)
    9PM: Race Match up concludes, evening festivities continues.

    RACE DAY

    LOCATION: NOVARE MALL & MONASTERY ROAD SANGOTEDO
    REGISTRATION CONTINUES & RACE DAY
    6AM: vendors & Service providers begin to move in and set up.
    10AM: move in and set up ends / Arrival of Racers & guests.
    All racers do a compulsory health check/and vehicle tire checks by Carbon Care Care.
    11AM: event commences
    12PM: first round races start (10 mins for each race, from preparation to the race ends.)
    Performances go on in between races.
    7PM: Race and Monastery activities end thereby concluding the 2022 BIKESTAXX 5G RACE EVENT.
    AFTER PARTY
    8PM: after party begins , Till dawn
